As a UX designer in our team in you will support Nomnio’s existing product portfolio as well as engaging in
new market initiatives. You will combine interfaces and workflows to enhance
user experiences. This position collaborates closely with other team members and stakeholders on the
development and implementation for product visions.
You should be an analytical and creative thinker who is able to grasp user needs and solve challenging UX
situations. A strong portfolio showcasing successful UX design projects is
Ultimately, you will make our products more user-friendly and intuitive to attract and
retain customers and provoke new ideas and challenges.
Your specific tasks will include:
Work closely with the Nomnio team, and technology vendors
throughout the product life cycle to ensure designs are addressing both user
and business needs, are feasible to implement, and are subsequently implemented accurately.
Design elegant & concrete visuals (mobile, desktop,
digital) and UX/UI. This includes:
Understanding the solution vision, objectives, value
proposition and KPIs and converting these into visual design for tech
Identifying areas for UX/UI
improvement in the existing design framework.
Foster the use of established UI/UX techniques,
templates, presentations, and assets through best practices covering research,
analysis, tools, and materials.
Incorporate branding, brand
guidelines, and help ensure all communications stay on-brand and on-trend.
Ensure seamless user experience to
effectively engage clients and scale the product.
Communicating design progress,
keeping team members and key stakeholders updated.
We look for a profile with complementary skills, such as:
UX/UI/HCD design experience. A strong portfolio of
successful UX and other technical projects is essential. Preference will be given to
candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital products.
Experience using relevant design and prototyping tools
Experience with agile processes (Scrum, Kanban); iterate
designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
A solid grasp of user-centered
design and user testing methodologies and accessibility concerns.
Strong interest in collaborating and communicating
closely with teams and other stakeholders to regularly deliver design solutions for
Willingness to help teammates, share knowledge and learn
from them. Open to feedback and constructive criticism.
