Cookie Policy
Every cookie and similar technology nomnio.com uses, why it is there, and how you can change your choice at any time.
Effective 22 October 2026 · Last updated 22 October 2026
nomnio.com uses as few cookies as possible, and only one of them is set without your consent.
A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser so that it can recognise the browser later. This policy also covers scripts that store or read information on your device in a similar way.
Slovenian law (Art. 225 of the Electronic Communications Act, ZEKom-2) allows a website to store or read such information without your consent only when this is strictly necessary for a service you have asked for. Everything else needs your consent first.
Every cookie on this site
| Name | Set by | What it does | Type | Kept for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
nomnio_consent(cookie) | nomnio.com | Remembers whether you accepted or rejected marketing cookies, and when | Strictly necessary | 12 months |
apolloAnonId(local storage) | Apollo.io | A random identifier that recognises the browser on later visits | Marketing | Until you withdraw consent or clear your browser data |
*_canTrack(local storage) | Apollo.io | Remembers whether the visit may be counted, so the check is not repeated on every page | Marketing | 24 hours |
*_eventQueue(local storage) | Apollo.io | Holds page views briefly until they are sent | Marketing | Until they are sent |
The marketing tool keeps its data in your browser's local storage rather than in cookies. Local storage works much like a cookie, and this policy treats the two the same way: nothing is stored there without your consent.
Some things are not on the list because the site does not use them:
- Our website platform, Webflow, sets no cookies for visitors to this site.
- We use no analytics, advertising or social media cookies.
- The site embeds no maps, videos or social media widgets. The LinkedIn, Facebook and Google Maps links only take you to those sites, where their own policies apply.
We review this list whenever we add or remove a tool.
The two types
Strictly necessary. Only one cookie belongs here, and it stores your cookie choice. The site needs it to respect that choice, so it does not ask for consent. It is written only after you make a choice in the banner.
Marketing. These help us measure interest in our services and, in limited cases, recognise organisations that have shown clear commercial interest, so that we can follow up with relevant business communication. They are off until you switch them on. While they are off, the marketing tool is not loaded at all. How the resulting data is used is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Giving and recording your choice
On your first visit, a banner at the bottom of the page offers three options:
- Accept all switches marketing cookies on.
- Reject all keeps them off.
- Preferences lets you decide per type.
Until you choose, no cookies are stored.
Your choice is saved in the nomnio_consent cookie, together with the time you made it. It is valid for 12 months, after which the banner asks again. The banner also returns earlier if we introduce a new type of cookie.
Changing your mind
Open Cookie preferences from the footer of any page, or use the Manage cookie preferences button on this page.
If you switch marketing cookies off:
- we remove the marketing cookies and stored items that this website can reach;
- the page reloads, so the marketing tool stops running at once.
Cookies that a provider stores under its own domain can only be removed in your browser settings. Withdrawing consent does not make processing that took place before it unlawful.
Controlling cookies in your browser
Every major browser lets you view, delete and block cookies, and the settings are described in its help pages. If you block all cookies, nomnio.com cannot remember your choice, and the banner will appear on every visit.
