Our content
The texts, images, graphics, code and documents on nomnio.com are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights held by Nomnio or by the people who licensed them to us. Apart from the uses allowed above, you need our written permission to copy, adapt, publish or sell them. This includes using them to train machine-learning models.
"Nomnio" and the Nomnio logo are our marks. The names and logos of clients and partners in our case studies belong to them and appear with their permission. Their appearance shows that we worked together on the project described. It does not mean they endorse anything beyond that.
Contacting us does not create a contract
A message sent through the website, including a job application, does not create a contract and does not oblige us to take any further step. A project starts only once both sides have signed a written agreement.
How reliable the information is
We keep the website accurate and up to date as far as we reasonably can. Descriptions of services, technologies and project results are general information, not an offer or a guarantee for your particular situation. Binding commitments are made only in a signed agreement. We may change or remove website content at any time.
Liability
We are not liable for damage that results from using the website or from being unable to use it, unless we caused it intentionally or through gross negligence. This does not affect any liability that Slovenian law does not allow to be excluded or limited, or any rights you have as a consumer.
Other websites
Some pages link to websites that we do not run, such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Google Maps. We cannot vouch for what they publish or how they handle your data.
Personal data and cookies
How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, and how we use cookies in the Cookie Policy. Both are information for you. They are not part of these terms.
Applicable law and disputes
Slovenian law applies to these terms and to the use of the website. If a dispute cannot be settled by agreement, it falls under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Maribor. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection, or the right to go to court where you live, that you have under mandatory law.
Changes
We may revise these terms, for example when the website or the law changes. The version published on the day you use the website applies.
